Drover's Ay-One Pty Ltd manufacture and supply cattle tail tags and ear tags under government authority, these tags are used for disease and chemical residue trace-back in all cattle sold or slaughtered in Australia.

Quality Control System

Ay-One utilises quality control systems through every phase of manufacture to ensure that all tags dispatched are correctly printed and adhere to our strict quality standards. Drover's Ay-One Pty Ltd has ISO 9001:2000 certification. Print quality and adhesive strength is checked for every container of tags produced. Materials

All Tailtag raw materials are produced under ISO 9000 Quality Assurance. This ensures the colour and quality of the vinyls and plastics produced conforms to our high standards.

Validation

All tags produced by AY-ONE Tags are validated by computer algorithm to ensure that only valid property numbers will be printed. If we find an invalid number on an order from your office we will phone you to check the number against your records.

DataBase

All orders are entered into our data base, this gives us exact details for all deliveries. We check each new order against our data base records and will phone your office if there is any discrepancy.

Serial Numbers
|
|
Our data base keeps an accurate record of serial numbers relating to each property we supply tags for. The serial numbers for each new order for a particular property will then follow on automatically. Our serial numbers carry an "D" prefix to distinguish them from other manufacturers' serial numbers. There is no need to specify serial numbers when ordering Ay-One tags.

Delivery

Faxed orders for tail tags are processed and dispatched on the day of receipt (orders faxed through late in the afternoon may not be completed before mail pick up). Courier orders are processed immediately for overnight delivery. We aim to process all mail orders same day, if not possible then certainly within 24 hours of receipt

Emergency Tags
|
|
|
We are authorised to supply wrap around and ratchet Emergency tags to approved purchasers. In NSW we print the name of the RLP Board on the Emergency wraparound tail tags.
