Drover's is an Australian owned and operated company established by Jim Norris and Kate Murphy in 1986 in Nabiac on the mid north Coast of New South Wales. In 1995 the business relocate to Dungog in the Hunter Valley region.

Originally specialising in stock identification tags, our product range has been expanded over time to include animal husbandry equipment and veterinary instruments used by primary producers.

Today Drover’s is at the forefront of livestock tags and identification systems, producing the only NLIS approved easy to read combined electronic and visual tag on the market.

Drover’s manufacturing facility includes a bronze foundry, pattern making equipment and finishing machinery.

Our products are a result of our extensive research and development, in turn driven by listening to the needs of Australia’s livestock farmers.
